As mentioned above, the essence of leadership is often best captured through real-life experiences. We are privileged to feature a speaker who, as an innate leader, has left an indelible mark, demonstrating remarkable accomplishments at a young age—a role model we can all identify with.
We are honored and privileged to welcome 𝐌𝐚. 𝐀𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐫𝐚 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐢 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐚𝐧, 𝙘𝙪𝙧𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙡𝙮 𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙨 𝙖 𝘽𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝘿𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙥𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙀𝙭𝙚𝙘𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙖𝙩 𝙖 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙏𝙞𝙠𝙏𝙤𝙠 𝙈𝙪𝙡𝙩𝙞-𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙡 𝙉𝙚𝙩𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠 platform in the Philippines. Ms. Balbutan is the 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙝𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙫𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙡𝙤𝙧 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 2019 𝙡𝙤𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, formerly a Municipal Councilor in the 𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙤𝙬𝙣𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙩 𝙙𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝘾𝙤𝙧𝙤𝙣, 𝙋𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙬𝙖𝙣. She has been instrumental in crafting 𝙣𝙪𝙢𝙚𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙨 𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙝𝙮 𝙥𝙤𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙚𝙨. Her outstanding achievements and substantial contributions to the country’s development are truly commendable, and she continues to actively pursue further initiatives.
Hailing from Palawan, she brings a wealth of insights on sustainable tourism and leadership.
