The event was held in Lyceum of the Philippines- Laguna. This served as a platform for their invited speakers, Mr. Eunkyu Chun, Executive- Membership and Youth Programme of Pacific Asia Travel Association, Ms. Marites Castro, Regional Director of DOT CALABARZON and Ms. Yllana Marie Aduana, Miss Earth Air 2023 to share their knowledge with the students from different schools accross the region. All of the speakers highlighted how important it is for our industry to continuously strive for improvement specifically on focusing in developing a more sustainable approach in all aspects.
The Student Dialogue Experience at touRISEmo Fest 2024 was graced with the presence of various student leaders, including Mr. Joshua Katigbak, the regional president of CALABARZON and Mr. John Chrislanne Jose, Student Director of the Community and Industry Engagement committee who served as the official representative of the Junior Tourism and Hospitality Management Association of the Philippines.
This opened a lot of discussions, collaborations, connections, and innovations as the strongest organizations work together to ensure a better and a more sustainable industry.
