JTHMAP Apprenticeship Program 2024

The JTHMAP Apprenticeship Program 2024, themed “Power to Empower: Enlivening Brilliance in Tourism and Hospitality Leadership,” aims to address the evolving needs of the industry by providing incoming second-year students with a transformative 3-day face-to-face leadership training experience. Timed at the start of the academic year, the program combines theoretical insights and practical applications, fostering emerging leaders equipped to navigate the dynamic landscape. Evaluations and the selection of Junior Executives aim to identify and empower students demonstrating exceptional leadership potential, contributing to both personal growth and the advancement of the tourism and hospitality sector.

Requirements of Participants:  

  • They must be an active JTHMAP member. If not, follow these steps:
  1. First, pay the membership fee of Php 300 for individual or Php 3,000.00 for institutional membership to 0906-551-9099 (Jojo V.). And the registration fee amounts to One Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php 1,500.00).
  2. Then, make sure to download the receipt as proof of payment.
  3. Next, fill out the individual or institutional membership form.
  4. Lastly, submit the form. Expect your membership certificate to be given in a reasonable amount of time.
  • Minimum of two (2) and maximum of three  (3)  representatives for the Tourism and Hospitality Management per University/College.
  • Must be currently enrolled as 2nd year students of a tourism or hospitality management program. (A student currently enrolled or will enroll as a second-year student during the academic year 2024-2025.)
  • Students must be properly endorsed by the University/College through their Program Chairperson or Dean. Students must not have any failing grades and any derogatory records.
  • Students must submit the following requirements upon registration to JTHMAPโ€™s email: (insert email address)
  1. Screenshot of Registration via Google form
  2. Endorsement letter
  3. Certified True Copy of Grades or a screenshot of the grade from the studentsโ€™ portal of the current school year
  4. Screenshot of their Facebook account
  5. Campaign Student Profile (.jpeg file)
  6. one (1) formal photo
  • Students must submit their Campaign Student Profile as a JPEG file. The file must be in A4 landscape format and include a brief profile introduction of the student, as well as achievements/accomplishments and the platform for JTHMAP.
