Embarking on a journey of leadership, the officers of the Junior Tourism and Hospitality Management Association of the Philippines seized an invaluable opportunity last February 8, 2024. Engaging in a dynamic Leadership Training at Newport World Resorts, these aspiring leaders immersed themselves in a comprehensive program centered around the theme “Leadership Lecture on Sustainability, Ethics, and Personality Development. The training aimed not only at self-development but also at fostering the growth of others.The event was a great opportunity for enhancing knowledge and skills, molding individuals into composed and confident leaders of today. With a focus on sustainability, ethics, and personality development, the program aimed at cultivating leaders who not only excel in their professional capacities but also contribute positively to the community.In the wake of this enlightening experience, the Junior Tourism and Hospitality Management Association of the Philippines emerges with a renewed commitment to leadership, armed with knowledge, skills, and a vision for a sustainable and ethical future.
