Code of Ethics

  • Building Respect. “Respect” is the foundation of trust in the community of JTHMAP. This enables each member to provide a platform that treats everyone with dignity. With this, free will in accordance with the code of ethics in providing constructive feedback for the decision-making avoid biases. Any form of discrimination, harassment, bullying, and offensive behavior will not be obliged and tolerated by the organization.
  • Trust. Success depends on the trust of each member of the organization. JTHMAP helps create a working environment, where every member works hand in hand to succeed. With the maximization of commitment to one’s duties and extensive collaboration with one another, trust will be formed for the credibility and integrity of the organization.
  • Open Communication. Shared responsibility through open communication reflects the ability to speak comfortably and sharing one’s thoughts and ideas. Advisers and  student leaders freely elaborate their thoughts that exercises their openness.  All members of JTHMAP have consent to address any concerns and issues regarding challenges that the organization faces.
  • Nationalism. The symbol of peace and unity is evidently recognized among the members of JTHMAP.  As a Filipino, JTHMAP executes programs and activities that promote the country and maintain the welfare of its local products, culture and traditions.  The organization is dedicated to serve the country in manifesting its pride, commitment and love for the country.
