Each flame represents a promise a light fueled by service, leadership, and unwavering dedication to the mission of JTHMAP. As candles are lit, so too is the responsibility entrusted to every leader who steps forward to serve.
With hands raised and hearts grounded in purpose, our officers and advisers take their sacred oath formally affirming their roles and officially being named as leaders of the Junior Tourism and Hospitality Management Association of the Philippines.
This ceremony is more than tradition.
It is a declaration of commitment.
