Last March 16โ19, 2026, the Aspiring Restaurant Entrepreneurs Association (AREA) successfully held SALUSALO 2026: Where Flavor Meets the Feed at Ateneo de Manila University, gathering students, faculty, and industry leaders for a dynamic Food & Beverage Expo and Conference.
The event welcomed delegates, including students and faculty from the Junior Tourism and Hospitality Management Association of the Philippines, creating a vibrant space for learning, collaboration, and innovation in the F&B industry.
The Food Expo (March 16โ19) showcased a diverse range of student-led businesses, emerging concepts, and established brandsโhighlighting creativity, entrepreneurship, and the evolving landscape of food ventures.
